QBIC Play smart!

Hello!

This is our second release. We fixed several GUI stuff, like the server menu. The installer works fine now. There's also a German User's Guide included now!

Except the ugly ray casting bug when selecting the sticks on the board, everything works almost fine!

We, the development team members, are located in Germany and we experienced some network problems when playing with friends from abroad (Chile). Important network packets not make their way, so that server and client are waiting for each to make the next turn. This is not good and we definitly have to think about network communication.
